1. The Service
LTCo offers a platform that connects influencers and brands to facilitate marketing campaigns. The platform provides various tools to manage collaborations, including communication tools, campaign management features, and performance tracking. However, it is important to note that LTCo does not directly manage or endorse individual campaigns or the content created through them. The platform acts as an intermediary, providing the space and resources for influencers and brands to connect and collaborate. Any agreements made between influencers and brands, as well as any disputes that arise, are to be handled directly between the two parties. The platform includes several features, such as tools for campaign creation and management, secure messaging systems for collaboration, performance tracking with analytics, and assistance with dispute resolution when issues arise. However, LTCo does not guarantee resolution.
 

2. Membership & Access
To use LTCo’s platform, users must ensure their personal and business information is accurate and up to date. Access to the platform is granted on an individual basis, and accounts are personal to the user, meaning they cannot be shared, transferred, or sold. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials, and to monitor any activity that occurs under their account. In the event of a violation of these Terms, LTCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account. Additionally, LTCo may verify user identities for security purposes, particularly when accessing specific platform features. If unauthorized activity is detected, users must notify LTCo immediately. Sharing login credentials is prohibited as it could jeopardize account security.
 

3. Content Ownership & Usage
Influencers retain ownership of the content they create and share on the platform. However, by submitting content to LTCo and participating brands, influencers grant the platform and brands a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for promotional and marketing purposes. The content shared must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and brand guidelines. LTCo reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Influencers must ensure they have the necessary rights and licenses for any third-party content included in their materials. Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading will not be allowed. LTCo may take action, including removing content or terminating accounts, to enforce this policy.
 

4. Prohibited Conduct
Users of LTCo agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, such as purchasing fake followers, likes, or engagement metrics to deceive others. Misrepresentation of follower count, engagement, or campaign performance is also prohibited. The platform should not be used for illegal activities, including spreading false information or engaging in fraudulent transactions. Attempting to disrupt platform functionality, such as hacking or altering data, is prohibited. Furthermore, automated tools, bots, or scripts to collect data from the platform are strictly forbidden.
 

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to LTCo, including trademarks, logos, and platform materials, remain the exclusive property of the company. Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without explicit permission from LTCo. Unauthorized use of the platform’s intellectual property may result in legal consequences, including penalties for infringement.
 

6. Privacy & Data Protection
LTCo collects and processes personal and usage data from users. The platform is committed to protecting user privacy and securing personal information. LTCo does not sell personal data to third parties. Users must comply with relevant data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as applicable. The platform employs encryption protocols to protect sensitive user data, and users have the right to request deletion of their data as per applicable laws. 7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The LTCo platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind. LTCo does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the platform, including the success of marketing campaigns. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTCo will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Campaign results can be influenced by external factors like algorithm changes or audience behavior, and LTCo does not guarantee a specific return on investment (ROI). The platform’s role is to facilitate connections and provide tools, but the ultimate outcome of each campaign depends on many variables beyond LTCo’s control.
 

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes or claims related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, following the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. By agreeing to these Terms, users waive the right to participate in a jury trial or class-action lawsuit. The arbitration process will be confidential, and a neutral arbitrator will resolve the dispute. 9. Termination & Account Suspension

If an account is terminated due to violations, any ongoing campaigns or pending earnings may be forfeited.

LTCo may periodically update these Terms of Use to reflect changes in platform features, business practices, or legal requirements. Users should review these Terms regularly, as continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. Significant updates will be communicated to users through email or in-app notifications.
